About the Position
A full-time General Dentist is sought to join a well-established rural health center serving a close-knit community in Northern California. This practice plays a critical role in expanding access to high-quality dental care for patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prevention, education, and whole-person health. The clinic is integrated within a broader medical setting, allowing for collaborative, team-based care in a mission-driven environment.
Work–Life Balance & Practice Environment
Four-day workweek, 10 hours per day (not all positions qualify for the four-day schedule)
Scheduled for 22–24 adult and pediatric patients per day across three operatories
Average daily volume is typically 19–21 patients due to no-show rates

Scope of Practice
Crowns (preparation and delivery appointments)
Dentures and partials
Extractions
Restorative dentistry (fillings)
Comprehensive and periodic exams (new patients and recalls)
Silver Diamine Fluoride (performed by RDA with dentist oversight)
Sealants (performed by RDA with dentist oversight)
Scaling and root planing
Adult prophylaxis (occasionally on provider schedule or completed by RDA)
CEREC crown technology available on site
Credentialing Requirements
Experience with EPIC Wisdom EHR preferred
Active, unrestricted California dental license
Must possess or be able to obtain Denti-Cal/Medicaid and Delta Dental credentialing within 90 days
Assistance available for credentialing with Anthem Blue Cross, Cypress, Guardian, Blue Shield/UHC, and Delta Dental for qualified candidates

Annual Pay & Benefits Package
Base salary range: $156,907 – $199,680
4% retirement match, 100% vested on day one
