    General Dentist Opportunity — Rochester, NY

    A highly established, multi-specialty dental practice in Rochester, New York is seeking a General Dentist to join a thriving, high-volume team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys bread-and-butter dentistry while still having the flexibility to expand into more complex procedures if desired.

    Practice Overview

    This is a well-established, extremely busy practice with a strong patient demand and long waitlist, offering immediate productivity for an incoming dentist. You’ll be joining a collaborative clinical team with strong specialty support, allowing you to focus on general dentistry while having specialists in-house for referrals and case coordination.

    Practice Highlights

    • Join a team of 2 General Dentists, 1 Pedodontist, 1 Orthodontist, and 2 Oral Surgeons

    • 15 operatories

    • 2 assistants per doctor

    • 2 hygienists

    • Very busy schedule with a long waitlist

    • Patient base is 90%+ Medicaid Managed Care, with negotiated favorable reimbursement rates

    • Bread-and-butter dentistry with flexibility in procedures based on your comfort level

    • Fully digital practice with advanced technology including:

      • Pan/Ceph

      • CBCT

      • Digital workflow throughout

    Schedule

    • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Flexibility available depending on provider preference

    Compensation & Benefits

    • $1,000/day guaranteed OR 30% of production (whichever is higher)
