ABOUT THE POSITION:

Looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, full-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice

• Serving the community since 2015
• Current Drs.: 3 PT Hygienists: 4 Operatories: 7
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm
• 50% FFS / 50% PPO
• Office equipment: Medit Scanner, Cerec, Wave One, Overjet, etc.
• Active patient base: 3,300 - 35-40 new patients per month

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in New York, in good standing.
• Completion of a residency program in general dentistry is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
• Highly proficient in all aspects of general dentistry – ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients, and has a focus on prevention
• Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients

Salary Range:$150,000.00 To $300,000.00 Annually
