General Dentist Opportunity – Full-Scope Practice in Yuma, CO

A thriving private dental practice in Yuma, Colorado is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join a dynamic and supportive team. This is an ideal opportunity for a new graduate or experienced clinician who is passionate about providing comprehensive care in a rural, close-knit community with limited local specialist competition.

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established practice alongside the owner-dentist

• Current associate, who has served the community for 5 years, is transitioning out on good terms

• Broad clinical scope including:

  • IV Sedation

  • Implants

  • Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry

  • Fixed Prosthodontics (Bridges)

  • Full Mouth Rehab

• Full-spectrum patient base — treating all age groups

• Strong emphasis on continuing education, offering what is essentially a mini-residency in-house

• New grads welcome — mentoring and training provided

• 6 fully equipped operatories with plans to expand to 9

• Technology-forward practice:

  • Cone Beam CT

  • iTero Scanner

  • Digital X-rays

  • TVs in each operatory

Practice Model & Patient Base:

• No Medicaid

• In-network with only three insurance providers

• Patient mix: 60% PPO Insurance / 40% Fee-for-Service (Cash)

• Limited local referral network — nearest orthodontist is 1.5 hours away; nearest specialist over 2 hours away

• 3 full-time hygienists and strong clinical support team

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 employment model

• Daily guarantee: $1,000–$1,200/day or 33% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)

  • In Year 2, increase to 35% of production

• Continuing Education (CE) stipend and time off

• Group medical insurance plan available

• Temporary housing available to assist with relocation

• 5K Relocation bonus
