Heber Valley Dental is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant for our general dentistry office in Heber Valley, UT!

Duties/Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients
• Update and maintain patient records
• Take X-rays and intraoral photos of patients
• Schedule patient appointments
• Present treatment to patients
• Assist clinicians chairside during dental procedures including making temporary crowns
• Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed
• Prepare operatories for patient visits

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of practice management software
• 2+ years in dental assisting is preferred
• Able to take dental impressions
• CPR certified
• Nitrous certification
