Advanced Endodontic Care is seeking an amazing full-time Dental Assistant in Richland, WA!

Beautiful, contemporary practice is looking for a skilled Dental Assistant, or highly motivated new graduate to join our team. Must be empathetic and patient-focused. We would like experience but will train the right person. Must have a valid RDA license from Washington state to apply . It is full-time, 4 days a week and requires travel to our Walla Walla office once a week.

Must be extremely organized and comfortable working in an environment where multi-tasking is required. Must have a polished presentation and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Welcome and greet patients
• Conduct initial oral screenings
• Identify conditions such as periodontal diseases, gingivitis
• Performing the appropriate oral hygiene procedure for each patient
• Educating patients on oral hygiene
• Sterilize dental instruments
• Follow infection control standards
• Maintain documentation and charts on each patient

Physical Demands

• Works in moderate noise
• Sometimes moves boxes and files weighing up to 25 pounds across the office for various needs
