Denton Auto Salvage is looking for an aggressive, highly self-motivated sales person to work at either our CARBONDALE OR ST. MARYS KS LOCATIONS. Must have good computer skills, good multi-tasking and phone skills, as well as being good with numbers and problem-solving skills. Most of your job is quoting and selling auto parts over the phone and/or the internet. You will be responsible for building relationships with Insurance Adjusters, Body Shops, and Mechanical Shops mainly on the phone. We are a fast growing Auto Recycler and a member of TEAM PRP. TEAM PRP is a national chain of independently owned Auto Recyclers that supplies auto parts to the automotive professionals. We deliver to shops all over the state of Kansas, all of Kansas City and some of western Missouri, as well as shipping parts on our trailer system to over 170 of our PRP partner facilities throughout the USA as well as our Ecommerce sales. We have 2 facilities located in St. Marys and Carbondale Ks.

We are willing to hire a Remote sales person if they are qualified and have previous sales experience in our industry. If no previous experience in our industry then the first year would have to be on site for training and quality control purposes.

The sales pay plan starts out with hourly pay then switch to full commission as soon as the sales person is ready. Usually in about 12 weeks. First-year pay should be at least in the $50,000-$80,000 range depending on qualifications with the potential of $100,000 plus after that. THE MORE $$ YOU MAKE. The more $$ the company makes, so there is no limit on how much $$ you make. Benefits include Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance, and 401K plan, as well as paid vacation time. We are open Mon-Fri 8 - 5:30. NO SATURDAYS!! We also have a $500 SIGN ON BONUS after 99 days!!

Denton Auto Salvage in St. Marys Ks. and Dentons Autoland Parts in Carbondale KS. We are a proud member of TEAM PRP. Team PRP is a nation wide organization of over 170 independent Auto Recyclers. We have 4 Delivery routes serving all of the Eastern 2/3 of Kansas as well as all of the Kansas City Mo area. Team PRP also has a trailer system covering all of the Eastern 2/3 of the United States. This gives us access to a Huge Inventory Data Base to buy and sell parts from. We cater primarily to the Insurance industry and professional mechanical and auto body repair shops.
