    OUTSIDE SALES FOR AUTO HAIL DAMAGE REPAIR

    POSITION SUMMARY

     

    With our proven success, we are excited to make some additions to our team. We will be hiring multiple experienced, innovative, highly motivated, full-time/part-time salespeople. The ideal candidate will prospect and generate new commercial business by creating their own leads and meeting one-on-one with clients, at their homes, or any other suitable location to offer our services. The Paintless Dent Repair industry is highly competitive. Hail season starts from March and goes until August, so we are excited to present this opportunity because you will be able to thrive financially, while having fun, and growing your customer base. On average, our sales staff can make anywhere from $24k-upwards of $90k. This is a conservative average because the amount can far surpass the $90k mark, depending on how much work you put in during peak hail season.

    We are looking for both full-time and part-time sales staff.

    We have a retail location in North Dallas that will serve as the sales team’s home base and place of service for our clients.

     

    DETAILS

     

    40 hours a week or more (depending on how much you’d like to earn)

    Sales experience is very valuable but not a must

    Being bilingual is also valuable but not a deal-breaker

    Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance

    Must be able to explain the benefits of Paintless Dent Repair to potential clients.

    Applicants must be outcome-oriented with a high focus on results

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Strong communication skills

    Persistence and determination to focus on the bigger picture and deal with a diverse pool of clients

    Innovative and risk taking—don’t be afraid to think outside of the box

    Must have a team-oriented mentality and great leadership skills—there will be opportunities to build your own team and grow it

    Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business

    Meet established goals for territory development

    Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

    Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

    Experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success would be a nice plus but we are willing to train individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.

    Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
