Associate Account Executive, Client Leadership
Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organized critical thinker. Day-to-day this role is responsible for the efficient management of the account. This person can multi-task, capture accurate meeting notes, schedule meetings, update status reports and timelines, and manage account finances. This is an entry-level position where you’ll learn the critical foundations for being an excellent account member. You will bring a mature attitude and temperament, and be respectful, an excellent listener and remain calm under pressure.
You will be responsible for:
· Partnering with the Project Management team to ensure all the administrative tasks of the account are executed accurately, timely and maintain our high Dentsu standards
· Schedule client meetings, update internal/client status grids, asset management, and writing conference call reports (on regular basis)
· Updating and editing internal and client decks and regular maintenance of org charts and onboarding materials including QC check
· Liaison between clients, internal teams, and other agencies as needed
· Understanding of client’s business and objectives as well as competitors in space
· Management of all client tools such as their legal approval system, asset management, etc.
· Digital media trafficking and planning as needed quarterly
· Support larger team as needed (on-going basis)
· Creatively/proactively develop solutions to resolve problems
Qualifications
· College Graduate, ideally in a Business/Marketing/Communication field
· Internship(s) completed at a communications agency
· Volunteer or paid experience throughout your college studies
· Stellar communication skills—written and verbal
· Polished, professional demeanor, projects confident and enthusiasm for business
· Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across diverse team
· Demonstrated understanding of agency process, department functions and workflow
· Proactive with ability to work independently and with multiple teams
· Organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize and time management
