Job Description

As a 3D Designer for Dentsu Creative, you will handle Large CAD datasets and optimizing those models for use with web, mobile and game engine 3D and XR applications. We seek a 3D Designer who's quick to learn the ever advancing tools and use of 3D for a new era of interactive media. Work with a Global team on the the latest design, protoyping new solutions for our clients. You will report to a Group Design Director.

Accountabilities:

• Produce high quality and optimized 3D assets and Textures for web XR use.
• Create engine ready models and be able to Animate them.
• Proficient in rendering images for use in promotional and video production.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of 3D Modeling experience showing Retopology and Low Poly Model work.
• 3D Hard surface modeling (1-2+ years' experience), of vehicles or buildings (not characters)
• Proficient in Blender/Autodesk Maya/Modo/C4D, Substance Painter or other 3D Modeling software, Adobe Creative Cloud (2+ years' experience)
• Reproducing models based on multiple levels of available information, CAD drawings, concepts art.
• Low Poly Modeling for real-time rendering
• Rigging and Animating, (Game engine experience) (2+ years experience)
• Lighting/Rendering experience (2+ years' experience) Substance
• Painter/PBR texturing workflow (2+ years' experience)
• Experience with 3D Motion Design, Houdini, Unity/UE4, Photogrammetry, Simplygon and similar tools.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,750. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law .
