Since acquiring the nutrition brand Account, we have created a global brand strategy, creative platform and are currently in a very exciting new phase – we are bringing the brand to life through a global digital transformation.

We work directly with senior leaders at dentsu and client teams, including C-Suite members and A-List talent. You have the opportunity to become a trusted partner to the internal team as well as clients proven through your ability to drive excellent work collaboratively.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Vice President (VP) will be a great client leader who is strategically-minded, entrepreneurial and always leading with the client business challenge. The VP must be very comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, exploring complex strategies and must be extremely digital in nature – from front end development through to true digital transformations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

·       Experience leading front and back end development (ideally global but not essential)

·       Experience identifying new business opportunities for growth across the account portfolio.

·       Assumes responsibility for an account portfolio, senior/executive client relationships and contributes as an agency leader.

·       Works in partnership with clients and their teams to identify client issues, expectations and requirements.

·       Thrives in a fast-paced environment, working in an agile environment.

·       Responsible for the financial stewardship of the account portfolio, accountable to executive management for quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.

·       Leads the tough conversations required in any client relationship from time to time, with the ability to balance client expectations and the best interests of the agency.

·       Fosters company culture by leading internal agency initiatives as well as contributes to training/ongoing education programs.

·       Responsible for the performance of direct reports and ultimately for the performance of the client-facing team members.

·       Champions and understands the clients’ business at the highest level.

·       Collaborates with the agency leadership team on key decisions impacting the staff and office.

·       Is not afraid to get “sleeves rolled up” and flex different skills as needed.
