    Job Description

    You will manage mid to large-scale integrated projects from production kick-off through delivery. You are curious. You strive to complete the work and pursue your craft. You will report to the Executive Producer.

    Main Accountabilities

    • Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger projects
    • Manage Integrated projects including broadcast, social content, stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital
    • Develop a network of preferred partners and contacts of go-to resources for creating any manner of project (vendors, artists, agents)
    • Support senior producers during the vetting process to determine whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters (budget and schedule).
    • Lead the execution of small-to-mid sized integrated productions (<500k) including overseeing multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and workstreams.
    • Basic understanding when projects need; NDA, permits, talent releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.
    • Build relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and throughout the production process. Have basic knowledge of AICP and AICE bid format.
    • Create bid specs and production estimates with clear project deliverables and assumptions
    • Track and Actualize production budgets, working with Business Affairs.
    • Possess basic knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
    • Coordinate meetings, production notes, hot sheets, status reports, task lists, tracking against production deadlines and milestones
    • Develop production schedules for different types of projects (video edits, social shoots, photography shoots) - including time for pre-production and post-production.
    • Be the point person for all daily internal and vendor communications, keeping Executive Producer informed on project updates.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, UX-designers, and developers.)
    • Organize and document post-project summary meetings
    • Mentor interns and junior talent
    • In addition to working on assigned projects, the integrated producer will gather knowledge on best practices from senior producers and research new production partners
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of production-related experience
    • Prior experience working with digital, experiential orattitude content production process. Types of projects might include Content (Broadcast, social and stills), Digital (AR/VR, platform builds/apps), Experiential (art installations, stunts, events, pop-ups)
    • Curious, not afraid of a challenging project
    • .Social-experienced, engaged in social content and trends.

    Additional Information

    The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - 96,026. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law .
