    Job Description

    We have a start-up feel with the backing of a large agency network. We are seeking a positive team player that is looking to be a driver of marketing transformation. Majority of the team is on the east coast but we are open to alternate locations.

    dentsu M1 has created a new position to support assigned account operations and increase M1 adoption across agency clients.

    • Train all agency teams (from insights to activation) on M1 platform best practices and be the account liaison for all M1 day to day requests.
    • Communicate the value of addressable media, M1 data, and M1 partner integrations to agency and client stakeholders.
    • Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for M1 audience campaigns.
    • Identify organic revenue growth opportunities on assigned accounts.
    • Entry and management of campaign details in Salesforce.
    • Coordination of legal agreement management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3-7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Account Management, Data, Data Analytics, or MarTec
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including support, product, finance, data science, and account; comfortable “managing up” across these teams.
    • Detail-oriented, articulate, process driven, and adaptable.
    • Experience with and a passion for marketing strategy, data, and client support / solutions.
    • Clear communication skills when presenting to internal / external stakeholders.
    • High EIQ (emotional intelligence) and strong relationship management skills.
    • Up to speed on latest digital marketing, addressable media, MarTech industry trends.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience upselling and influencing client investment (agency & advertisers).
