    Job Description

    This role is working within dentsu media, a multi-national Media, Digital and Creative Communications services company.  

    The Associate, Productivity's role is to support the Global and North American Productivity team including the Investment Manager and Group Investment Director in productivity reporting.

    Productivity reporting is the tracking, measurement and reporting of buying performance and savings commitments on nominated dentsu's Global and North American clients across nominated markets and media types.

    Productivity reporting ensures that all pricing commitments are met on these clients using dentsu's existing productivity methodology and reports are also subject to external auditor validation.

    • Communicate benchmarking methodology and productivity targets to local market buying/client heads
    • Ongoing tracking of media buying performance management (productivity) across nominated dentsu media clients and markets
    • Responsibility for the delivery of reported buying data in line with agreed methodology and timing
    • Preparing of monthly savings reports and client presentations where necessary
    • Inputs data, analyses data and tracks savings to provide reports back to the teams using excel or web tools
    • Work closely with dentsu media and Investment teams in other ad hoc or data analysis projects
    • Contact and build relationships with external Media Auditors ensuring that all evaluation, auditing and benchmarking functions are favorably managed and savings are validated correctly
    • Trouble shooting investment management issues – identifying and resolving specific market delivery issues
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Strongly prefer experience in either media buying, auditor or data analysis
    • Prefer knowledge of the media planning/buying process
    • Solid numeric and Excel skills essential
    • Excellent data management capabilities
    • Strong attention to detail and multitasker

    THE ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS $40,000 - $45,000. SALARY IS BASED ON A RANGE OF FACTORS THAT INCLUDE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER JOB-RELATED QUALIFICATIONS, AND GEOGRAPHY.  A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
