    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Supervisor will work with internal teams (media, analytics, and creative agency) to identify roles/responsibilities and key stakeholders, facilitating the gathering of assets, traffic instructions and creation of ad serving tags. This position is essential to the day-to-day ad operations function for the client. It requires an individual that works well in a team-based, fast paced, detail-oriented environment. The supervisor supports the client needs, provides consultative support from a technical and operational perspective to the creative and media teams. In addition, the Supervisor, must have a strong understanding of ad serving capabilities within display/programmatic platforms, rich media, VAST/VPAID implementation, mobile, creative process, dynamic ads, tasks involved in campaign implementation and execution.

     

    DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:

    ·       The Senior Manager will be responsible for the campaign implementation process from beginning to end.

    ·       Demonstrate multi-tasking ability; keep multiple projects on-track.

    ·       Expert in Third Party Ad Servers (GCM/Sizmek), Rich Media, Viewability/Fraud, DCO, Location Services, TMS, etc.

    ·       A technical authority for all technical issues involved in running online ad campaigns (including trafficking of remarketing capabilities, VAST/In-Stream Video, Rich Media and Audio)

    ·       Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly.

    ·       Coordinate and meet all deliverables accurately and in a timely manner.

    ·       Work closely with media vendors and media teams to resolve reporting and/or billing discrepancies.

    ·       Plan, organize, activate and control daily process.

    ·       Manage between 1–2-person team in Ad Operations capacity.

    TECHNICAL OPERATIONS:

    ·       Implement additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for vendors such as Adobe, Salesforce/Krux, Kantar, IAS, DoubleVerify, Moat, Truste, etc. in addition to creating and managing floodlight tags to ensure proper conversion tracking.

    ·       The Manager will be responsible to help coordinate or implement vendor pixels for on-site tracking, QA campaign setup, creative, floodlight tags, and vendor pixels and troubleshoot creative, data gathering, and tracking issues.

    ·       Other responsibilities include pulling ad hoc reports, screening incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements documentation, coordinating the rotation of ads and escalating any technological issues to the Regional VP, Media Tech.

    CLIENT & INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS:

    ·       Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors.

    ·       Work with media, creative and analytics teams at the onset of a campaign to identify and implement all creative and technical requirements.

    ·       Manage relationships with external vendors (such as rich media companies, media publishers, research firms, etc.)

    ·       Engages with all work-related contacts in a professional & respectful manner.

    ·       Possesses mature and professional business acumen in personal and written communications.

    ·       Attends all status meetings when appropriate.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·       Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

    ·       4 – 7 years relevant industry experience (some advertising agency experience strongly preferred)

    ·       Working knowledge of GCM/Sizmek, Video/DCO partners, Viewability providers, DMP, Tag Management, Conversion Tags & other Ad Technologies

    ·       Knowledge of working in programmatic platforms (preferred)

    ·       Proficient in MS office suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)

    ·       Ability to multi-task

    ·       Effective time management skills

    ·       Strong analytical and organizational skills
