    Denver Health and Fitness: We want to add to our amazing customer service team. Denver Health & Fitness is looking for people who have a positive attitude, are calm under pressure, and love being part of a team. This person will be trained to assist with club tours, membership sales, front desk coverage, and other miscellaneous duties. It's critical that the person filling this Front Desk role be responsible and provide a first class customer service experience to all members, staff, and guests. We are looking for motivated and reliable people who value relationship building. Pay will be based on experience and commission may be part of the compensation after a probationary period. Position will be part time hours at the beginning and could grow into more hours over time based on need, desire, and performance. We are willing to train the right candidate that has the above skills and desire to be part of something great. Hiring for weekend hours........................SATURDAY from 8am-5pm and/or SUNDAY from 10am-5pmKey Responsibilities

    Membership + NDR sales – A large component of this role is centered around membership sales and other non-dues sales. The associate must help to qualify, inform, inspire, and convert appropriate leads to members. As well as be able to work with other departments to assist members to accomplish their fitness goals through non-dues revenue.

    Marketing and promoting – When you love your gym, others will too. Personnel may be asked to help with social media marketing and media gathering. This person also helps spread the word about engagement campaigns, larger marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts.

    Customer Service - Welcoming guests and members to the facility, assisting in customer service-related items, administrative duties, and helping members with operational information to enhance their experience with DHF.

    Front Desk/Customer Service Job Description:

    Provide effective membership tours to prospective members and guests, determining their needs and wants; matching those needs and wants with membership. Perform membership sales.

    Able to perform all front desk activities for assisting members/guests check-in and handle administrative functions.

    Follow up with prospects that do not immediately or have an appointment to engage in the club within 24 hours.

    Help with club marketing campaigns/marketing materials for consistent messaging within corporate guidelines

    Introduce new members to additional services: personal training, weight-loss, CrossFit, Team Tribe, etc

    Maintain Complete knowledge of all DHF programs and activities

    Always willing to pitch in where needed. Going the extra mile for members or staff to provide the best environment.

    Assist with Member retention and engage Members in NDR programs.

    When not touring, generate new sales leads through prospecting -- continue to work current leads, Member referrals, renewals, former Members, old leads, community outreach, etc.

    Should enjoy making new relationships with members and guests and having fun in a relaxed atmosphere to ensure we are consistently meeting or exceeding sales and business goals.

    Listen to and read relevant sales materials as well as attend and participate in sales meetings to enhance performance.

    Utilize sales CRM software and reports to accurately analyze, adjust and manage the business by the numbers so that we, as a club, can accurately manage the business by the numbers.

    Work as a team member with other staff to provide a high level of service to members, inspiration and leadership to staff and assist in directing the flow of the club for smooth and profitable operation.

    Participate and assist in the planning and implementation of all marketing and promotional events.

    Preferred Education/Experience:

    Passion for fitness and health

    Sales experience

    General fitness knowledge and commitment to growth

    Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

    Thorough understanding of the company’s membership and sales systems

    Basic computer skills

    Basic math skills

    Excellent personal soft skills

    Compensation: Competitive salary + commision
