General:

We are building on to our amazing service and sales team. We are looking for a front desk / sales associate with the opportunity of advancing. This position will cover a variety of shifts including some weekend hours. Must be enthusiastic, great at taking initiative, love sales and helping people get on track for hitting their health goals.

The purpose of the Front Desk Sales associate at DHF is to create and deepen relationships with members that we know and do not yet know that will add value to their membership, enhance their sense of belonging to DHF. Empowering our members to live their best life!

Additionally, the Front Desk / Sales associate is to contribute and generate revenue (achieve sales goals) for the club through honest and enthusiastic membership sales and service and to participate in advertising and promotions and marketing efforts.

Front Desk Sales Associate Job Description:

Perform Membership sales

Conduct tours for potential new members

Follow up with leads to get inquiring people into the facility

Prospect through local businesses, current members and new members to create more leads

Keeping up the cleanliness of the facility in between classes

Help with club marketing campaigns / marketing materials for consistent messaging with corporate guidelines.

Introduce new members to additional services: personal training, weight-loss, CrossFit, specific programs, etc.

Maintain Complete knowledge of all DHF programs and activities

General working knowledge of the Floor, desk, CrossFit, Kid’s Zone and all DHF departments

Always going the extra mile for members and staff to achieve their goals.

Excellent customer service skills required.

Provide exceptional customers service to our current member base

High achiever who works extremely well with a team

Ability to multi-task is a benefit to successfully perform duties

Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred. There is an expectation to participate and interact with our members on a fitness level.

Positive, self-motivated individuals looking to continually grow

Required Education/ Experience:

Passion for fitness

Sales experience

General fitness knowledge

Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.

Thorough understanding of the company’s membership sales systems.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent personal soft skills

Ability to multi-task is very helpful to successfully perform duties

Part time position: 15-25 hours/week

Compensation: Competitive salary, commission
