    Denver Health and Fitness: We need to add to our amazing customer service and sales teams. Denver Health & Fitness is looking for people who excel in sales and marketing and Front desk customer service. This position will be responsible for membership sales, promoting our fitness facility in the community and help with our social media accounts. The position is also responsible for providing stellar customer service to all members and guests. We are looking for motivated and reliable people who want to work and grow with our business. Pay will be based on experience and commission may be part of the compensation.Key Responsibilities

    Membership + NDR sales – A large component of this role is centered around membership sales and other non dues sales. Sales person must qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members. As well, be able to work with other departments to assist member accomplish their fitness goals. (non dues revenue.)

    Marketing and promoting – When you love your gym, others will too. Will help with social media marketing and media gathering. This person also helps coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, larger marketing campaigns (B2B), and community outreach efforts using assets and operations created by Denver Health & Fitness.

    Customer Service - Welcoming guests and members to the facility, assisting in customer service related items and administrative duties and assisting members with operational information to enhance their experience with DHF.

    Sales Representative Job Description:

    Provide effective membership tours to prospective members and guests, determining their needs and wants; matching those needs and wants with membership.Perform membership sales

    Able to perform all front desk activities for assisting members / guests checkin and handle administrative functions.

    Follow up by phone/text/email with those who don't join today and do not have an appointment to engage in the club within 24 hours with a relevant reason to the Prospect.

    Help with club marketing campaigns/marketing materials for consistent messaging within corporate guidelines

    Introduce new members to additional services: personal training, weight-loss, CrossFit, Team Tribe, specific programs, etc.

    Maintain Complete knowledge of all DHF programs and activities

    Always willing to pitch in where needed. Going the extra mile for members or staff to provide the best environment.

    Assist with Member retention and engage Members in NDR programs.

    When not touring, generate new sales leads through prospecting -- continue to work current leads, Member referrals, renewals, former Members, old leads, community outreach, etc.

    Should enjoy making new relationships with members and guests and having fun in a relaxed atmosphere to ensure we are consistently meeting or exceeding sales and business goals.

    Listen to and read relevant sales materials as well as attend and participate in weekly sales meetings to enhance performance.

    Utilize sales CRM software and reports to accurately analyze, adjust and manage your business by the numbers so that we, as a club, can accurately manage the business by the numbers.

    Work as a team member with other staff to provide a high level of service to members, inspiration and leadership to staff and assist in directing the flow of the club for smooth and profitable operation.

    Participate and assist in the planning and implementation of all marketing and promotional events.

    Front Desk / Excellent customer service skills required:

    Provide exceptional customer service to our current member base

    Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred. There is an expectation to participate and interact with our members on a fitness level.

    Required Education/ Experience:

    Passion for fitness

    Sales experience

    General fitness knowledge

    Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills

    Thorough understanding of the company’s membership sales systems

    Basic computer skills

    Excellent personal soft skills

    Compensation: Competitive salary + commision
