We are currently looking to hire a PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) with previous home health experience to work alongside a physical therapist for our Fort Collins location. Responsibilities of the Home Health PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) include, but are not limited to:

• Act at the direction and under the supervision of the treating Physical Therapist and by the plan of care
• Assist the treating Physical Therapist in documenting exercises in the patient's chart and printing out exercises for home as directed by treating Physical Therapist
• Participate in educating the patient and the family with exercises under the direct supervision of the treating Physical Therapist

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• CURRENT LICENSE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (PTA) IN COLORADO IN GOOD STANDING.
• CURRENT CPR.
• ONE (1) YEAR OF HOME HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
