Field Production Staff Overview The ideal candidate for this position provides courteous, reliable, and efficient customer service in accordance with customer expectations and established performance standards. The selected field production staff will be responsible for video equipment inventory, maintenance of video production tools such as batteries, memory cards and external hard drives. The candidate will also assist in communicating with customers the services we provide. Depending on the needs of the location, the attendant should be able to have sufficient knowledge about the event vehicles. The staff will work closely with fellow team members and the operations manager. Working Conditions Work is performed entirely outdoors for extended periods of time. Staff is subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided however staff is still advised to be prepared for unexpected weather changes. Qualifications At least 18 years of age Preferred knowledge pertaining to motorcycles (sport bikes), Gopro equipment and video editing Must have a valid Arizona driver's license. (If you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence) 2 references required Excellent customer service and communication skills. At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred Sales experience highly preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check The ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends Possess basic mathematical skills and aptitude Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time Possess outgoing and enthusiastic personality Demonstrate active listening, quick problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to deal with irate customers and resolve customer issues and/or complaints Responsibilities Set up and take down of production equipment Mount/remove production cameras from vehicles Maintain production equipment (charge batteries, format memory cards) Educate potential customers Conduct cash transactions with customers Count the cash and submit the cash & supporting documentation to the lot supervisor at the end of their shift Keep parking pit area clean and orderly Direct motorists to pit areas, using hand signals as necessary Lift equipment up to 15 lb *Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain an all-inclusive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this job.
