    Position Overview

    Abramson Labor Group is a growing Employment Law and Workers' Compensation firm seeking a strategic, people-first manager to lead multiple departments and drive performance. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone with experience managing large teams in professional environments such as law, finance, insurance, healthcare administration, or other structured service industries.

    We’re looking for a high-level thinker, strong communicator, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help scale a growing company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead department supervisors and team leads across key service functions
    • Review performance trends and implement strategies to increase productivity
    • Build scalable systems and processes as the firm continues to grow
    • Partner with leadership to align team goals with firm-wide priorities
    • Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience managing teams of 15+ people
    • Prior experience in professional services (law, finance, insurance, healthcare admin, etc.)
    • Demonstrated ability to improve workflows, streamline systems, and lead through change
    • Comfortable using data and metrics to track performance and drive accountability
    • Strong communication and leadership presence
    • Fast learner with a bias toward action and big-picture thinking
    • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams).
