    This position is for a Water Division Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our water mitigation division. In this leadership role, you’ll drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and mentor a team of property restoration professionals. From residential losses to large-scale commercial projects, you’ll play a key role in helping customers recover and helping our team succeed.

    What we require of you – Must haves:

    Must be able to pass a background check covering history back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening

    Must have an Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record

    Previous management experience required, preferably in construction or restoration

    High school diploma/GED required; AA or Bachelor's encouraged but not required

    Advanced certifications or education in restoration, construction, or management are a plus

    What the job looks like – Job Description & Responsibilities:

    Oversee all operations of the Water Mitigation Division, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards

    Train, mentor, and motivate division staff to perform at their best

    Develop and implement efficient processes to improve performance and customer satisfaction

    Ensure customer retention through strong communication, problem resolution, and service excellence

    Write estimates and follow up on open bids with clients and insurance carriers

    Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and other industry partners

    Manage scheduling of employees and coordinate with other departments for smooth project flow

    Track division health and profitability, reporting results and opportunities to leadership

    Oversee account receivables related to water division projects

    Serve as a role model for safety, professionalism, and customer care

    What the position requires of you – Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

    Move up to 50–70 pounds as needed by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects

    Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant

    Must be able to access crawlspaces, attics, and work in varying temperatures

    These physical requirements are expected when supporting your team or doing site visits

    What you’re looking for – Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

    Salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities
