DependaBill Solutions, LLC, is a third party utility billing and submetering company headquartered in Cumming, GA. Our highly qualified staff has extensive experience, allowing us to serve the needs of our customers with excellence.

We have an immediate full time opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in our Cumming location. This position provides telephone support, digital record keeping, and transaction processing for customers. This role also assists with general office functions like filing, envelope preparation, and processing of business related materials.

Ideal candidates should have a positive demeanor, a strong work ethic, and good customer service skills. They should have a self-starting nature, and the ability to self-manage to complete tasks in a small office environment.  Good numeric aptitude and computer skills are required.

Job Type: Full-time / Day Shift / Monday to Friday 

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
