RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a bank that is seeking a Deposit Operations Temporary Specialist.
This opportunity is for a boutique community bank that possesses just over $1B in total assets, has operated for over 75 years with both domestic and international Private & Wealth Management lines of business.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (English/Spanish) Deposit Operations Temp to support their banking operations team during a peak period.
The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience and strong familiarity with deposit account documentation, compliance processes, and core banking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process deposit account documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Validate and maintain customer profiles, ensuring accuracy in CIF (Customer Information File), CIP (Customer Identification Program), and KYC (Know Your Customer) data.
- Provide administrative support for deposit operations including account maintenance, data entry, and document review.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies and ensuring compliance with applicable banking regulations.
- Utilize MS Excel and Word to track and manage operational records.
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Deposit Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience in deposit operations or a similar role.
- Experience with Jack Henry Silverlake core banking system is a significant plus.
