Deputy For Title VI and Title IX Compliance
Job Description
Reporting to the University’s Associate Title VI and Title IX Coordinator, within the Office for Gender Equity (OGE) and Office for Community Conduct (OCC), the Deputy for Title VI and Title IX Compliance assists in the onboarding, support, and training of 70+ local Title IX Resource Coordinators and 80+ Local Designated Resources (LDRs). In collaboration with the University’s Associate Title VI and Title IX Coordinator, the Deputy will serve as an Informal Resolution Facilitator and subject matter expert for Title VI and Title IX as well as the University policies related to Non-Discrimination and Anti-Bullying Policies (NDAB) and University policies related to sexual harassment and other sexual misconduct.

Work Format Details
This is a position that is based at a Harvard campus location with some remote work options available. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
