    Location:

    Nationwide Remote with access to KENTECH’s DHS-cleared administrative office or approved remote/home office locations.

    Occasional coordination with DHS POCs may be required.

    Position Summary: The Deputy Program Manager supports the Program Manager in managing daily operations, task order execution, and addressing technical issues. The DPM ensures that investigative services are conducted per DHS standards and within scope, schedule, and cost.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support PM in overseeing contract compliance and operational delivery.

    Manage task order execution and address technical and process-related issues.

    Coordinate day-to-day activities of investigative and administrative personnel.

    Ensure adherence to contract timelines, security protocols, and client communication.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Option 1:

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of combined personnel security and investigative experience (state or federal) with management experience.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.

    Option 2:

    Experience: Minimum 7 years of combined personnel security and investigative experience (state or federal) with management experience.

    Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university.

    Skills:

    Ability to plan and organize work efficiently.

    Strong analytical and communication skills.

    Active or favorably adjudicated T5 or HT clearance.

    Compensation: Pay will reflect experience and security clearance status. Estimated Range: $80,000 – $90,000/year
