    Job Description: Deputy Program Support Manager (DPSM)

    Location: Passport Headquarters, Washington, DC (on-site) Security Clearance: Active Secret (required) Position Type: Full-time

    Position Summary DANE LLC is seeking a results-driven Deputy Program Support Manager (DPSM) to support the Program Support Manager in leading day-to-day operations for the PHPSS contract. The DPSM plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality performance, workload management, and compliance across all functional areas at Passport Headquarters.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support overall contract performance and serve as a primary point of contact with Department of State staff.

    Assist in daily workload assignment, staff scheduling, and operational oversight to accommodate fluctuating demands.

    Ensure adherence to internal controls, Privacy Act, PII standards, and Standards of Conduct.

    Participate in hiring, training, and performance management of contract personnel.

    Prepare and deliver timely reports, deliverables, and performance data.

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote operational efficiency.

    Resolve operational problems quickly and respond to urgent support requests.

    Represent the contract in meetings, conference calls, and briefings as needed.

    Act as Acting PSM during short-term absences (up to two weeks).

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree required.

    Six (6) years of progressive management experience in a high-volume production or office environment.

    Three (3) years managing a team of comparable size and scope to PHPSS Headquarters staffing.

    Three (3) years managing seasonal/temporary workforce.

    Three (3) years of experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

    Strong personnel management, communication, and organizational skills.

    Ability to interpret and apply regulatory material.

    Capable of performing duties of any Records Support Associate role.
