We are seeking a Director of Business Development to develop and lead our client acquisition and capital raising efforts for commercial and residential and real estate investments. You will be responsible for growing our client base with qualified high net worth, ultra-high net worth, family office, and institutional investors. You will fundraise for our real estate deals and ensure that we successfully close transactions in a timely and efficient. You will be a brand ambassador for Deraaff Capital, and ideally, you will have an existing network of investors that you can bring to the company. Compensation will be based on the size of capital brought in as well as Standard Market Rate Percentages on Debt and Equity. We have a consistent deal flow of residential value add development opportunities state-wide. Experience in raising capital from high net worth individuals, sourcing equity and debt commitments for real estate, financial services, investment management, private banking, financial technology, residential and commercial real estate, or a similar field is required. Our goal is to raise $10,000,000 in the next 18 months.
