Deraaff Capital is currently offering a full-time opportunity for a dynamic and goal-oriented real estate acquisitions specialist to join our private Real Estate investment company based in Westchester County. Specializing in acquiring off-market commercial value-add assets, we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about deal-making. Our focus includes Multifamily, Single Family, Manufactured Housing Communities, Vacation Rentals, and short-term housing. With an active database of motivated sellers and a strategic expansion plan covering New York and Connecticut, we are looking for passionate professionals eager to grow and scale in the real estate industry. As part of our team, you'll be provided with the necessary tools, cutting-edge resources, and materials to ensure your success in this exciting venture! Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred Compensation: $150,000
