This will start as a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to turn this into a full-time, salaried position if you so desire. There will be some flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely. Let's chart the course to success together! Responsibilities: • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings • Lead Generation Support: Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to attract new leads, including market research and outreach programs that enable Principal and agents to continue to generate leads and grow the business • Client Communication: Act as an early point of contact for clients, providing professional and empathetic interaction that aligns with the company's brand and values • CRM (Client Database) Management: Learn and manage a somewhat complex CRM that manages contacts, marketing systems, websites, and social media platforms. Mastery of this platform will be required to maintain designed marketing budgets and generate reports to support decision-making and strategy development moving forward • Social Media Campaigns: Design, schedule, and oversee social media advertisements and content, analyzing performance to refine and improve engagement strategies • Marketing Material Preparation: Create, organize, and prepare marketing materials for print, mailing, and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency • Event Planning and Coordination: Organize client events, from conceptualization to execution, handling logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and ensure efficient time allocation to prioritize lead-generating activities and client interactions • Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks such as filing, answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining records to ensure organizational efficiency • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities to support strategic planning • Property Listings Support: Assist in preparing and managing property listings, including photo shoots, description writing, and posting to relevant platforms • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for business trips and property viewings • Operating Procedure Design: Establish standard operating procedures to ensure consistency of the client experience from lead generation throughout all phases to closing and beyond Qualifications: • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Has working knowledge of Facebook and Instagram social media platforms • The ideal candidate will display adaptability, take a proactive approach to problem-solving, and be reliable and honest • A reliable vehicle and professional appearance Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
