Role: Scrum Master

Location: Erie PA (Onsite) ****

Long Term

Must have PMP and PMI ACP certifications ****

· Experience of managing and leading Data Projects is must.

· Should have PMP and PMI ACP certifications.

· Experience as a Scrum Master/PM on Agile projects and familiarity with Agile (Scrum) Methodologies involving Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Authoring User Stories, maintaining Product/Sprint Backlogs, Backlog grooming and Sprint Retrospectives.

· Excellent risk management capabilities

· Ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups and IT Leadership Teams

· Organized with attention to detail.

· Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.

· Maintains expertise in the principles and techniques required for the software development life cycle.

· Maintains knowledge of programming languages, IT databases, operating systems and platforms.

· Considers change management techniques and applies to project, including stakeholder impacts.

· Effective in building relationships with technical and business partners

· Self-motivated, self-directed and independent in a team environment

· Skilled in proactive and reactive responsiveness to identify and manage issues/concerns

· Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office skills
