    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:   

    A key member of DermTech's People team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator operates at the intersection of the candidate, hiring manager and Talent Acquisition Partner to facilitate logistics and support of the interviewing and hiring process. The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining core Talent Acquisition systems and processes. This person will translate DermTech's mission into a robust candidate experience.

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews for all open positions.
    • Support Talent Acquisition Partners with all aspects of opening and managing requisitions including creating and maintaining job descriptions, manage intake of new requisitions, posting roles in DermTech's applicant tracking system and external job boards, etc.
    • Support People team members with facilitating internal application process – from maintaining the internal job board to internal communications and internal interview logistics.
    • Partner with Finance to create and maintain logs for employee referral program.
    • Document and maintain all core Talent Acquisition processes; review periodically with People team members to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in the candidate experience.
    • Partner with People team members to ensure smooth onboarding and acclimation to DermTech.
    • Maintain documentation with all third-party agencies and vendors and liaise with third parties as needed.
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts for the team; make recommendations for tools and technologies that drive efficiencies and enhance candidate experience.
    • Support Head of People with People metrics and reporting as needed.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

    • 2-3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition in a support or administrative capacity.
    • Superior organization skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Experience with and passion for customer service.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong track record of driving process improvement through infrastructure and standard operating procedures during high growth preferred.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, background check vendors, MS suite, Zoom and experience with HR compliance (OFCCP, FLSA, EEO, etc.).
