Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, experienced certified medical assistant to join our growing family owned and operated dermatology practice in Moon Township, PA.

Responsibilities

Rooming patients and obtaining medical histories

Scribing for providers in patient exam rooms

Setting up for various dermatologic procedures (skin biopsies, excisions, injections etc)

Contacting patients with biopsy results

Triaging patient phone calls

Performing prior authorizations for medications and other therapies

Restocking rooms with the necessary supplies

Qualifications

Experience in a medical office, preferably in dermatology

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic

Ability to work as a team and the flexibility to work with various providers
