Qualifications: • 2+ years in a leadership role, within a veterinary clinic strongly preferred. • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is required. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. • Proficiency in computer applications, including practice management software and Microsoft Office suite. • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation: $35,000
