Host / Hostess - Outlaw Mexican Restaurant (Full-Time)

In this role, you are responsible for creating an excellent first impression. Greet guests as soon as they walk through the door in a friendly and professional manner, seat guests, and communicate accordingly with the other service staff.
The ideal candidate will bring great energy, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

JOB DETAILS
Essential Duties:
Deliver exceptional service at all times with a warm welcome, name recognition, and a fond farewell. Always use the 5/15 rule.
Maintain cleanliness of menus and host stand area.
Communicate special requests i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, and allergies.
Responsible for fair rotation of cover counts.
Ensure all menus and wine lists are current.
Maintain knowledge of daily property event information and hours of operation, in order to answer member questions.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Use L.A.S.T. when solving challenges, Listen, Apologize, Solve, and Thank.
Attend all scheduled meetings.
Other duties as assigned by management.
