In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our members and guests responsible for providing superior service and maintain the finest amenities while promoting an atmosphere of excellence. Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized work environment while presenting a professional and positive image for their areas of focus: Bag Drop, Cart Barn and Practice Facilities.

The ideal candidate will be professional, a team player, and passionate about golf and delivering exceptional experiences. Prior experience in golf operations is preferred.

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

Greet members / guests upon their arrival and provide a fond farewell at their departure.

Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course. This includes club utility vehicles.

Manage Club Bag Storage which includes the transferring of clubs between facilities.

Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility operations.

Provide services to members after completion of play.

Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and events.

Valet cars.

Other duties as assigned.

Exposed to extreme temperatures and inclement weather – Regularly

Required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required to stand for long periods of time.
