In this role, you will play a key role in helping the company achieve our vision to become the finest private club and community for golf and recreational lifestyle activities in North America! You will maintain the overall cleanliness of all public areas, employee areas, kitchens, and restrooms in the clubhouses. You will report directly to the Hospitality Manager and Director of Hospitality.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Prior professional cleaning experience, preferred.

JOB DETAILS
Essential Duties:
Assist with the entire cleaning of restaurants, bathrooms, and bars including detail work, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
Collect and take all dirty linen (towels, rags, robes, sheets) to the laundry and help as requested with the washing, drying and folding the linen.
Fold clean towels and robes and take back to the locker rooms.
Clean and hose down all patios, prior to member activities.
Empty and reline all waste containers.
Check all soap dispensers and paper products in the restrooms, locker rooms and kitchens prior to membership activities.
Take down and store chairs and tables from previous evening events and prepare all areas for new events, including a new set-up.
Clean and refill ashtrays with black sand and stamp with DMC logo.
Clean glass on windows and doors.
Clean and shine all brass, doors, banisters and railings.
Clean all outside patio tables and chairs.
Clean the Fitness Center (wood floors, carpet, showers, sinks, mirrors, walls, vents and dust furniture). Clean all mirrors in the fitness area and restrooms (Sonoran Club).
Hose down all pool decking as needed and brush deck if necessary (Sonoran Club).
Clean clubhouse offices (collect trash, vacuum, and dust areas).
Detail all areas every other day.
Clean employee cafeteria and remove any dirty dishes prior to 10am (serving time) and after 2pm (Generally AM shift).
Clean loading dock and trash container area; hose it down, if needed.
Keep lobby, conference rooms and dining rooms clean and organized; place chairs under tables.
Restock all kitchens with cups, napkins, plates and utensils.
Pick-up clean linen and rags from the laundry and deliver to the kitchens and dining rooms.
Detail all buildings as often as possible, not to exceed two weeks in duration between “details” including ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, room high and low corners, skylights, door sills, door tops, tops of decorative and operational furniture.
Safety conscious at all times in the use of machinery and chemicals to avoid injury to self and others.
Work and promote a team environment.
