    One of the largest and top private country clubs in North America, Desert Mountain Club, is looking for a dynamic Director of Recruitment to drive talent management! This position allows for a hybrid schedule of working 3-days in the office and 2-days remote.

    In this role, you will be responsible for leading and continuously developing a strategic recruiting function to include attracting, hiring, and pipelining talent with a focus on management and key hourly roles. Oversee the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating the interview process, and onboarding the new hire, all while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will report directly to the Director of Talent & Culture.

    The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self-motivated, and proactive with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to excellence. At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a background in high volume and hospitality recruitment is required. Proficiency with recruiting tools and systems is a must.     JOB DETAILS

    Responsibilities:

    Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and needs of the organization.

    Build and maintain excellent relationships with the leadership team and be seen as a business partner.

    Implement and maintain operational best practices, systems, and procedures to include onboarding.

    Develop and monitor the employment brand to include managing our company profiles and reviews on external career sites. Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Team to ensure employment branding is aligned with company brand standards.

    Source and provide tools, resources, and technology to ensure the recruitment strategy and company goals are achieved.

    Manage the applicant tracking system configuration and ensure its being used at full capacity for effective recruiting and affirmative action compliance.

    Develop a talent pipeline through various tools and resources.

    Lead and partner with the Recruiter ensuring performance targets are achieved through coaching and development.

    Work closely with the Director of Talent & Culture to analyze employee turnover; run the Employee Turnover Report monthly and identify and develop strategies to improve talent retention.

    Manage any recruitment related contracts and invoices. Ensure deadlines are met.

    Perform the full life cycle recruiting process for management and key hourly positions. Assist with hourly recruiting during peak hiring season. This includes reviewing applications, interviewing, coordinating the interview process, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, conducting intake meetings and pre-employment screening, and handling onboarding.

    Manage the H2B Visa Program from beginning to end to include filing petitions, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

    Oversee and coordinate Employee Housing. This includes securing apartments, coordinating apartment set-Up (cleaning and furniture), scheduling inspections, etc.

    Create weekly and quarterly Recruitment Metric Reports for the Director of Talent & Culture.

    Ensure KPIs are aligned with company goals and brand standards to including an excellent candidate experience.

    Manage and audit I-9 documentation and company drivers. Ensure documentation is entered in correctly and updated accordingly.

    Update and send out the Organizational Chart and Department Photo Guide, monthly.

    Assist the Director of Talent & Culture in compensation data benchmarking. Maintain a pulse on the market and propose needed compensation adjustments. Manage the Salary Admin.

    Prepare Excel File for proposed market pay adjustments and submit to Director of Talent & Culture for review and sign off at year-end.

    Attend job fairs, networking events, and other hiring related events.

    Manage the Employee Referral Program.

    Update and maintain job descriptions.

    Manage and continue developing the internship program in partnership with the Training & Development Manager.

    Work closely with the Marketing Team to create and execute a Social Media strategy to promote the DMC culture and employment opportunities. Assist in the creation of flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials as needed.

    Maintain knowledge, understand, and perform duties in compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO), and other employment laws and regulations.

    Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices.

    Participate in educational opportunities to stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.

    Other duties as assigned by Director of Talent & Culture.
