We are the premiere door refinishing company in the valley. We are seeking someone that takes pride in what they accomplish and has the energy and motivation to manage our crews in the field. This is not a desk job. They will provide on-site employee/crew/job management, safety, inventory, fleet management and quality control of our wood refinishing process across all projects. Responsible for ensuring that the crews are fully trained in job process, quality and efficiency to undertake the jobs required of them and are trained to work safely at all times. Responsible for making sure that the whole team operates in an environment that is positive, mentoring, supportive, and delivers high quality work within the required profit margin and core business values. Reports to owners. We are looking for someone who is excited about the growth of an established company and their own potential growth and rewards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able to communicate well with others. Must be able to pass a post-offer drug screen. Must have reliable transportation to and from the office location. Must be able to pass a post-offer background check and Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR).

Must have a valid driver s license and acceptable driving record

POSITION STARTS IMMEDIATELY, IS SALARIED AND COMPENSATION WILL BE BASED ON SKILL. Workweek is generally Monday – Friday with occasional required Saturdays.
