Qualifications

· 2+ years of landscaping or construction experience (leadership preferred)

· Valid chauffeur’s license with clean driving record

· Able to read plans, operate equipment, and lift 50+ lbs in all weather

· ICPI certification or masonry experience preferred

· Strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus)

Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and motivate crew members daily

· Read plans, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule

· Perform hands-on work: hardscaping, planting, grading

· Maintain clean, safe job sites and proper use of tools

· Communicate professionally with clients and complete job paperwork
