Qualifications

· 1+ year of landscaping or construction experience

· Reliable transportation and legal work authorization

· Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs

· Basic English communication (Spanish a plus)

Responsibilities

· Follow crew lead instructions and company policies

· Perform hands-on landscape and hardscape installation tasks

· Keep job sites and trucks clean, safe, and organized
