Position Overview
A design & build/enhancements crew member must be a hands-on team player with a positive “I can do it” attitude. This role involves assisting with the installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects while following directions closely, dressing appropriately for the jobsite, and maintaining a professional presence. You will work closely with the crew lead and other crew members to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

Qualifications
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
· Have a clean criminal background
· Minimum one year experience in the landscape/construction industry
· Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
· Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
· Have reliable transportation to/from work
· Physically able to handle the workload in all types of weather and have a full range of mobility in the upper and lower body
· Able to lift heavy without needing assistance (at least 50 lbs)
· Good communication skills
Responsibilities
· Understands and follows company policies and procedures
· Reports to work on time
· Willing and eager to learn skills to perform all types of work assigned
· Follows all instructions given by crew lead
· Safely operate landscape tools and equipment (e.g., skid steer, compactors, hand tools, wheelbarrow, grading rake, etc.)
· Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards
· Maintain a clean and organized worksite
· Communicate any issues/unsafe conditions or improvements to crew lead
· Arrive on time to work in a clean and appropriate uniform and steel toe boots
· Always maintain clean crew truck
