About the Opportunity
Our client is an established, family-owned home improvement company in the Denver Metro area is expanding its sales team. They specialize in high-end window and door replacement and serve discerning homeowners who prioritize craftsmanship, professionalism, and integrity.
We are seeking driven, likable, and organized sales professionals who can build trust, guide homeowners through consultative buying decisions, and maintain the highest ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess project needs and design custom solutions.
- Manage a 2–6 month sales cycle with an average deal size of $30,000+.
- Build trust through honest communication, transparent pricing, and delivering a high-quality buying experience.
- Follow a proven consultative sales process to close business in a one-call close environment whenever possible.
- Navigate a CRM system (Improvement360) daily to manage leads, document client interactions, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless handoff between sales and installation teams.
- Attend occasional product training and field installation observations to deepen technical knowledge of window and door systems.
- Uphold core values centered around teamwork, integrity, excellence, and respect.
Skills and Competencies Required
- Sales Expertise: Proven success selling high-ticket residential services ($15,000–$50,000+ deals).
- Relationship Builder: Ability to earn client trust quickly through sincerity, product knowledge, and professionalism.

- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to explain technical information to homeowners in a clear, confident, and relatable way.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
- Willingness to travel to customer homes across the Denver Metro area.
- Ability to pass a background check (required for certain lead programs such as Costco).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction or sales a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed based on client schedules.
Compensation and Benefits
- W2 employment status.
- Uncapped commission structure; expected earnings between $150,000–$180,000 annually once ramped.
- Initial 3-month salary of $5,000/month during training period.
