    Job Title: Design Coordinator (Landscape Design) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: [Insert City/Office Location] Compensation: Based on experience + additional pay for home shows

    Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Design Coordinator with a background in landscape design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Vinterra or Structure Studios, a strong eye for design, and excellent client communication skills. This position involves working closely with our design team and clients to create customized outdoor living spaces that bring their visions to life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Use Vinterra or Structure Studios to create 3D landscape design presentations.

    Meet with clients to select materials and finishes for their projects.

    Communicate clearly and professionally with clients over the phone and via email.

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure design intent is followed through during installation.

    Occasionally represent the company at home shows (additional compensation provided).

    Communicate with city municipalities for permits and coordinate with HOAs to obtain residential project approvals

    Requirements:

    Prior experience in landscape or landscape design is required.

    Proficiency with Vinterra or Structure Studios software.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Comfortable meeting clients in person and discussing design details.

    Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

    Must be available to work occasional weekends for special events (e.g., home shows).
