Design & Development Coordinator
The Design & Development Coordinator is a multifaceted role blending administrative assistance, office management, and team coordination. This position is essential to supporting daily operations and fostering an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment in a fast-paced toy company.
This would be a hybrid position with minimum of three days in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the Senior Director of Design & Development
Manage day-to-day office operations with efficiency and professionalism
Schedules meetings for leadership and cross-functional teams
Oversee office supplies and relationships with service providers
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Assist the product development team with product samples (tracking, inventory, and organization)
Support product development and design teams with materials organization and documentation
Prepare and support the sales showroom for client visits and trade shows
Qualifications & Skills:
2–4 years of experience in toy, entertainment, or consumer goods industry preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in technology tools (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Airtable, AI tools)
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
Interest in toys, consumer products, and creative industries
