Design Engineer - Millwork - Base Salary to 100k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client is an industry leading millwork company with a robust customer base in the hotel, casino, ballroom, and restaurant industry. The team is seeking an additional Design Engineer to help with creating new process drawings for custom orders.
  
• The Design Engineer will develop and submit all drawings for new commercial millwork and casework fabrication using Microvellum.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple, complex, high-end architectural engineering design-based rendering projects in custom millwork
  
• Review of architectural plans and create submittals based off plans and in-house specs
  
• Maintain scheduled on drawing production to ensure timelines are met
  
• Work cross-functionally with project team
  
• Utilize AutoCad and Microvellum to draft and detail new projects
  
• Program CNC and other machines, produce bill of materials, etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
  
• 3+ years of architectural millwork drafting experience
  
• Experience with Microvellum and AutoCad
  
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications
  
• Knowledge of cabinetry and millwork design manufacturing processes

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 75k - 100k/year range along with a standard benefits package with PTO and 401k. The company will also assist with relocation to get to the greater Phoenix, AZ area.
