Connexa is searching for experienced design engineers in the Roanoke–Lynchburg area of Virginia (and surrounding markets including Bedford, Salem, and greater Central Virginia). These are hands-on, heads-down design engineering roles with established and privately held companies that offer stability and career growth.

• Mechanical Design Engineer

• Electrical Design Engineer

• Senior Electrical Design Engineer

What we’re looking for:

• EIT or PE strongly preferred

• Solid foundation in mechanical or electrical design principles

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with larger engineering groups

• Proven design experience with strong technical problem-solving skills
