    Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to support the Army Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force modernization campaign. This position will research, identify and assess solutions that develop and advance Fully Networked Command and Control (FNC3) technologies that enable Interoperability focused on Intelligence equities within Joint All Domain Command & Control.

     

    In this position, you will work alongside other SETAs, Systems Engineers, and Intelligence professionals to provide technical, operational and strategic guidance for Intelligence modernization. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast pace environment, is a proven self-starter capable of working both independently and with a team and is interested in solving complex problems.

     

    PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Research and Assess FNC3 solutions applicable across defense operational domains and further Intelligence initiatives to achieve Combined/Joint All-Domain C2 objectives
    • Make recommendations to advance FNC3 prototyping and experimentation within the Aerial, Terrestrial and Foundation Layers
    • A key focus is on helping prioritize and execute both internal and partner FNC3 efforts consistent with emerging DoD constructs.
    • Evaluate and identify software-based and mission network based solutions
    • Work within the community of interest (AFC, Joint Staff, AFRL, DARPA, OSD R&E, DOD, IC, Industry, Academia) to develop solutions that are highly innovative and while making consideration of advancement of existing material solutions
    • Develop and coordinate concepts and requirements for the application of current and emerging technologies as they apply to FNC3
    • Maintain and update FNC3 modernization roadmaps, coordinate roadmaps with key stakeholders
    • Assist and prepare presentations and reports to DoD leadership and external stakeholders
    • Represent the ISR TF in DOD COI for advancing JADC2 (Army CFT’s, SIMO, PEO C3T, SOCOM, SMDC) attend Sensor to Shooter working Groups
    • Represent the ISR TF and participate in the Joint All Domain Command & Control Cross Functional Team (JADC2 CFT) OPT’s
    • Conduct FNC3 technology research analysis for future war fighting construct
    • Provide programmatic expertise to the Government from system concept definition through technology transfer activities
    • Make recommendations to the development of Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) pertinent to mission needs and technical capabilities
    • Make recommendations in refining requirements for the HQDA ISR TF Flag Ship Programs

    Required Skills

    • Knowledge of the science and technology underpinning DoD/IC platforms and capabilities
    • Must have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
    • Ability to develop unconventional solutions for customer requirements in a collaborative environment
    • Active TS with SCI eligibility

    Required Experience

    • Minimum 12 years in designing, operating, integrating Intelligence Mission Systems
    • Experience with Multi-Level Security, Cross Domain policy and technical requirements
    • Experience designing and integrating Intelligence Collection capabilities with Enterprise Networks and Operational Ground Stations
    • Familiar with emerging Cloud Computing Technologies and Model based System Engineering
    • Minimum 3 years in managing system designs
    • Demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise with Multi-Band SATCOM and Line of Sight, Tactical Data Links and Mesh Networks
    • BA or BS degree or 12 years of Directly related experience
    • Experience developing analytical products and briefing executive leadership
    • Knowledge of analytic research, valuation and forecasting techniques
