  • Responsibilities
    • Helps maintain safety and security in Distribution Center.
    • Performs order planning as back up as necessary.
    • Performs administrative tasks for shipping office and assists in receiving office.
    • Monitors all outbound documentation and applies transportation charges to appropriate documents.
    • Assists with monitoring outstanding carrier shipments.
    • Reviews and assures we are following customer routing instructions and monitors compliance.
    • Assists with determining proper transportation and monitors inbound return goods shipments.
    • Assist and coordinate documents from carriers and maintains accurate reporting.
    • Assists and provides coverage throughout departments as needed.
    • Additional duties may be assigned at the discretion of Management.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably Distribution office experience.
    • Ability to communicate verbally and written.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook.
    • Ability to work with multiple employees and customers and train in a positive manner.
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including creating formulas.
    • Ability to work with and have experience with confidential information.
