    TRI POINTE HOMES IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL ORIENTATED, PROBLEM SOLVING INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TALENTED GROUP AS A DIGITAL OPTIONS MERCHANDISER IN OUR HOME OFFICE.

     

    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Responsible for maintaining National Options Program in JDE/application systems and working collaboratively with National Design Studio leadership team, National Purchasing leadership team, and National Sales Team to improve and maintain the integrity of the data in our Online Design Studio to our customers both external and internal. Engage Design Studio, third-party vendors, and division leadership team members to ensure alignment and support of both strategic and day-to-day changes and management of the Online Design Studio options.  Responsible and oversight of how options in the Online Design Studio are represented through the digital customer journey and how they are reflected in the real-time tours.

     

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Model and reinforce actions consistent with the Company’s values, vision, and culture and display core competencies listed on the following page(s). Cultivate positive, teamwork, and achievement-oriented work culture within options, purchasing, design, and other departments. Lead by example.
    • Ensure accurate and consumer-friendly option Images and descriptions in Envision, the Tri Pointe Homes Online Design Studio. Responsibility and ownership of our e-commerce studio interface setting proper expectations for builder options to external customers.
    • Work with internal and external business partners on option details, warranty information, and proper images.
    • Ensure customer expectations are met utilizing Customer Experience feedback, including running appropriate reports in Envision analyzing the data on Manufacturer feeds on options as well as internal reports on data integrity.
    • Ensure understanding and compliance with company policies and internal control procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with home office and division leadership to drive option revenue opportunities through proper expectations in the Online Design Studio and make suggestions to the home office and division leadership on improving the overall digital customer experience.
    • Maintain aspects of the Company’s options in Envision at Enterprise level. Ensure option product offerings are up-to-date in all application systems.
    • Work collaboratively with Design Studio team, Purchasing, and Sales members to ensure options system is reflecting accurately to customers and Design Consultants, and Sales.
    • Ensure divisions understand how to properly input/handle regional and division-specific options that are not part of the Enterprise offering for consistency.
    • Work with National Account relationships to improve and implement a more robust online catalog of options and images to help improve the large manufacturer feed to our customers.
    • Work collaboratively with purchasing and options team to ensure option feed from E1 to Envision is thorough and reflecting properly for design, sales, and consumers.
    • Establish and review regular reporting cadence with home office and local division leadership teams to identify areas of continuous improvement.
    • Review and provide feedback on community-specific options and how they are represented in the digital real-time tours of homes.

     

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    • BA/BS degree. or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • A minimum of 5 years of e-commerce digital merchandising with knowledge of homebuilding materials or design options or other related experience preferred.
    • Strong PC skills required, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook), Adobe Pro, and internet-based programs such as Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Prior experience with Enterprise-One/JD Edwards, ShareFile, DocuSign, and Envision is strongly preferred.

    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide expert financial counsel to The Arc Monroe County’s Board of Directors and management.
    • Analyze and interpret Agency financial reports in relation to external funding source methodologies.
    • Develop and recommend strategies addressing fiscal issues related to funding sources, financial community and other non-profits.
    • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs, strategies and regulatory action.
    • Develop effective solutions for business and operational challenges.
    • Coordinate Agency internal financial reporting and submissions to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.
    • Direct, coordinate and oversee preparation and submission of the Agency’s annual budget to the Finance Committee.
    • Oversee all funding source activities including, but not limited to, submission of annual, quarterly and monthly cost reports and rate appeals.
    • Assists in establishing Government Affairs with regulatory, funding and other agencies as deemed appropriate and approved through the CEO.
    • Sign Agency checks and official documents as appropriate.
    • Secure and maintain relationships with banks, lending institutions and financial managers in accordance with         Agency needs.
    • Oversee internal, independent, funding source and regulatory audits and tax examinations.
    • Represent the agency, the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer at such meetings and community         functions as may be deemed appropriate.
    • Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
